Ela Bajarca - Director | Property Manager Licensed REAA 2008, MREINZ
Driven by a passion for exceptional service, Ela started Good Life Rentals in 2025. While working in real estate sales, she was frequently asked by property owners whether she also offered rental management services. At the time, she didn’t - but many of those owners shared their frustration with finding a property management company that consistently met their standards of excellence.
Later, Ela was given the opportunity to assist a friend who was a property manager by overseeing their client portfolio while they were holidaying overseas. This hands-on experience confirmed what Ela had already sensed: she could offer property owners a higher level of care, reliability, and peace of mind. With that vision, Good Life Rentals was created - a property management agency built around putting clients’ needs first, always.

GIZELLE - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Gizelle is our friendly Business Development Executive, supporting the property management team with client outreach, enquiry management, appointment booking, and business support. With a strong background in sales and customer service, she ensures clear communication and a seamless, positive experience for both landlords and tenants.
Passionate about people and currently studying Psychology, Gizelle has a deep understanding of individual needs. Her people-focused approach allows her to build genuine connections and provide support with empathy and care.
