A very competitive management fee of 7.5% + GST for all rental money collected on your behalf.
Our management fee is all inclusive.
All of the above services are included in our management fee.
We do not charge you extra for organising repairs, inspections, admin or other services.
NOTE: The management fee is usually tax deductible. We provide annual financial statements for your convenience.
